3. “National Agency for Aerial Security” (AESA) will respond to this letters so they can be informed about their rights and eventual judicial procedures that could be open against the airline.

5. Passengers that have to travel and hold a plane ticket with Air Comet must buy a new ticket with another airline, the following airlines have specific offers for passengers affected by this bankruptcy on the same flight routes: Iberia, Air Europa, Grupo Lan, Cubana de Aviación, Avianca y Santa Bárbara.
